Hector Echavarria, CEO, Founder

Hector is an entrepreneur, and has starred in more than 200 television shows and more than 20 films. He has produced and directed many feature films for major studios in Hollywood including Sony Pictures, Lionsgate, and Crystal Sky Films. Today he is considered by the LA Time to be the Tyler Perry of Latin Films. He has raised one hundred million dollars in equity for his new studio, Destiny Media Entertainment. Hector is represented by the international law firm JONES DAY.

Scott Fisher, Executive

Mr. Fischer is an expert in motion picture financing, production, and distribution. He has developed and financed critically acclaimed and financially successful feature films for Sony Pictures, Lionsgate, Dimension, The Weinstein Company and Relativity Media. Mr. Fischer has eclipsed the 100 million dollar sales mark. He produced films like; The Forbidden Kingdom (Jackie Chan, Jet Li), The Bank Job (Jason Statham), and Piranha 3D.  His films, Brothers (Toby Maguire, Jake Gyllenhaal), and Get Low (Robert Duvall) have garnered worldwide critical acclaim.

Ronald Shusett, Executive

Ronald is a film legend who has produced some of the highest grossing films in Hollywood’s history like: Alien I, II, IV; Total Recall; The Minority Report, and many others. His films have generated more than $1.5 billion dollars in worldwide sales.

Mike Doban, Head of Theatrical Booking

Mike is a specialist in all aspects of motion picture marketing and distribution. He is capable of releasing independent films throughout the United States market. His expertise includes creating marketing and distribution plans; budgeting these plans; securing screens for exhibition of the film; accounting and collecting of all box-office receipts. He has relationships with all of the important cinema circuit executives throughout the United States, including: AMC Theaters, Regal Entertainment, Loews Cineplex, Cinemark Theaters, etc.

From 1992-1995 Mike was Senior Vice-President of film development at United Artist Theaters International. He was responsible for creating film distribution for the international marketplace, including South America, Asia and Mexico. Duties included negotiating film distribution rights for each market and securing cinemas for the exhibition of these films; developing and executing the marketing and distribution strategies for each film; oversaw creative process for marketing campaigns on both regional and local levels. Mike was also United Artists' Senior Vice President of film programming and was responsible for programming the domestic cinemas of United Artists Theater Circuit. Duties included choosing the films for exhibition based on individual market requirements; negotiating with individual studios for the right to exhibit their films; negotiating the film rental to be paid for each film. He was responsible for improving existing studios relationships, resulting in an increase of the company market share within the United States.

Mike Doban has created his own distribution company that currently is one of the most successful independent distribution companies in the US. Some of the features Mike’s company has distributed, included “Day without a Mexican”, “An American Haunting”, “Eight Horror Pictures to Die for”, and the hit film “The Illusionist”.

In 2015 Mike was selected to be the main distribution consultant for Oceania, a brand new established distribution and production company that secured $100 million dollars with American Capital Strategies..

Charlotte Parker, Head of Public Relations

Charlotte is known for being Arnold Schwarzenegger press publisher for more than 14 years: author Laurence Leamer called Charlotte “the secret behind the great success of the famous actor."

Parker also launched the career of great director James Cameron and Producer Gale Ann Hurd. Charlotte was the head of promotion & PR for films such as : The Terminator, Aliens, Total Recall, The Swan Princess, she also helped companies like, Planet Hollywood y Original New York Seltzer.
Parker represents the public image of more than 200 stars and Charlotte has appeared in television.

Johnny Falcones, Head of Music Division

Johnny Falcones is an industry veteran with the strategic vision, the drive, and connections to advance his company, Viva's platform in the TV industry. His extensive experience in the entertainment industry has guided the careers of Marc Anthony, Celia Cruz, Tito Puente and Soleil J, India, Ivy Queen & Jose Alberto "El Canario." He developed a successful record label with Universal Music and Video Distribution, turning it in to a multi-million dollar label.

Two decades ago, Falcones was just a Puerto Rican born, cool kid from Brooklyn, who moonlighted as a DJ while attending LaGuardia College in New York and with 2 turntables & a keen ear, Falcones quickly became the musical authority of NY's Latin House music scene of 90's. It was one faithful night at Palladium nightclub, where he had a chance encounter with legendary music impresario Ralph Mercado, who recruited him to RMM Records. Together they globalized the Latin record industry, converting starry-eyed local vocalist Marc Anthony & India from buzz act, to icons. Within months, the young up-and-coming Falcones was globe-trotting with Superstars, Celia Cruz & Tito Puente. Under Falcones' management, these stars collected a bevy of international awards & were immortalized via 'Hollywood Walk of Fame' stars. Falcones co-exec. produced the White House's 24th Annual Hispanic Heritage Awards in Sep. 2010, which featured a luminaries such Alejandro Sanz, Juan Luis Guerrera & Don Francisco.
